If you have not received confirmation of your order within 24 hours please email the support team on hello@ziggy.hair with details of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your parcel. The delivery time for your parcel will depend on your location. I have received an incorrect or faulty item, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please email the support team within 14 days of receiving your order on hello@ziggy.hair with your order ID and details of the item you were supposed to receive and any additional information of the problem.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, but we hope to expand our services internationally in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates.
Can I change or cancel my order online?
If you change your mind you can change or cancel your order at any time before its dispatched. Orders are picked very quickly so it is not always possible to cancel and order once it has been placed. If you have any queries on your order please contact us via email at: hello@ziggy.hair with your order ID and any further details that will help us assist you.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When should I expect my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

General Ziggy Questions
How do I clean my Ziggy brush?
Keep your Ziggy clean by regularly removing loose hairs from the brushes teeth / pins. Wash the head of your Ziggy with a small amount of shampoo and warm water to remove any styling and product residue. Rinse and leave to dry with the pins facing down away from direct heat and sunlight.
Can I hold my hair dryer directly on the pins / bristles?
Ziggy has been tested up to 120°C and therefore is safe to use with heat, however we do not recommend applying direct heat to your hair as this can cause damage to the hair. To protect the hair when blow styling we recommend using your hair dryer on the lowest setting and holding the hair dryer a minimum of 4 inches away from the hair. Avoid applying too much heat by continuously moving the hair dryer and brush.

Can I use Ziggy on wet hair?
Yes, Ziggy can be used on wet hair. Hair is weakest when wet, we recommend taking small sections of hair, starting at the end of your hair gently work up to the root to avoid damage.
